Showing CS Week 2017 how to enable utilities to excel in customer service

I sit here in balmy, albeit windy, Orlando writing this blog.

SAP's annual almighty SAPPHIRE NOW conference has finished, and our thoughts move from the vastness of all things SAP, talking about our world class DevOps and Agile tools, challenges across all industries, to preparing for CS Week, (and the currently unsettled weather of Fort Worth).

A much smaller conference, and rightly so. A gathering of people which are focused on one very important industry, one that we all rely on daily, hourly, if not every minute. Utilities and the delivery of energy. Given our reliance on the supply and availability of our local utilities, customer service in the utility industry is so very important, it absolutely necessitates its own conference.

Three years ago, one of our BDEx customers recommended we attend CS Week to market our leading customer exceptions and analytical tools for utilities who run SAP's CR&B, (IS-U), module.

I am delighted to announce that once again we are investing in the industry ecosystem of premier annual educational and customer service conferences serving electric, gas and water/wastewater utility professionals across North America and around the world. CS Week provides learning and networking opportunities in support of the utility customer experience lifecycle; Analytics, Billing and Payments, Contact Center, Credit and Collections, Digital Customer Engagement, Field Customer Service, and digital transformations.

Each year that we attend CS Week we have an expanded customer base using BDEx, Torch, Blade, Boomerang, and our leading Continuous Change Suite for agile and DevOps in SAP, and more utilities who are planning on implementing our tools in their shiny new HANA CR&B environments.

Thank you all for your investment, engagement, and being part of the journey to a world with as few customer exceptions as possible, a well-oiled meter to cash process, and customer service excellence.

For those of you that have heard about these possibilities and would like more of an insight as to how this becomes a reality, please do get in touch. We have some of the most knowledgeable people and advanced software solutions on the planet.

You can also come and listen to how major utility Tacoma Public Utilities  reduced their exceptions by 70% in 3 weeks, (yep...no typos 70% in 3 weeks), on Wednesday, May 24th at 10:45-11:45 in room 201C or come by and visit us at booth 638 to find out why all our customers love our products.
